HP is changing our end of life policy, which will be 3 years within the current release. Since the version you are running is 7-8 years old, it will be end of life in 2013.

Can you please share our support identifier and login information with everyone on this email distribution. We are now restarting Team Site 3 times a day because it thinks we are out of space. Even though we have removed files and there is actually space available, the application does not recognize it.
We have also reached out to David Ressler, but he is telling us we need to work with support first and then they will ask him to help.
We need high level support on this issue ASAP.
