sudo apt install searchmonkeyIf the application icon is missing, try the following:
sudo nano /usr/share/applications/searchmonkey.desktopUse the following image, verify it exists.
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/48x48/apps/searchmonkey.pnggedit $(grep -ilr "search-string" *)
gedit $(grep -ilr "search-string" *)
Use the attached Perl script in conjunction with the following example bash command:
for i in `perl findfiles.pl /home/jboss1/workspace_maven/hal-parent/hal-web/ .jsp`; do grep -il 'look for something' $i; done
